Sandra Fink-Freeman, O.D.
Dr. Fink-Freeman has been practicing optometry at Greencastle Eye Care Center since December 2006. In January 2015, she purchased the practice and became the owner of Greencastle Eye Care Center, Inc.
After earning her undergraduate degree in biology at Penn State University, Dr. Fink-Freeman graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and she has been practicing in the local area since 1994. She has a passion for helping people and enjoys getting to know her patients. She treats many eye diseases and has a particular interest in the treatment of glaucoma. She also loves being able to help her patients with urgent matters such as corneal abrasions and conjunctivitis. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Pennsylvania Optometric Association, and the Central Pennsylvania Optometric Association. Dr. Fink-Freeman has had the opportunity to speak to many different groups in the Greencastle area, educating people on different aspects of vision and eye care. She is active in community events in Greencastle and is also active in her church.
Dr. Fink-Freeman lives in Greencastle with her husband, John, and she has two young adult sons, Ben and Jason. She loves her fur family, too, as she has had many rescue dogs, with Ruffles being the current family rescue, and three cats, Mazie, Ike, and Tiny Kitty. When she isn’t seeing patients she enjoys golfing, running and exercising, walking the dogs, spending time with family and friends, and reading.
Charlie J. Parsons, O.D.
Dr. Parsons was born in Moorefield, WV, and grew up on a small farm. After majoring in Biology and participating in the honors program at West Virginia University, Dr. Parsons attended the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. At PCO, he achieved academic and clinical honors and was awarded his Doctorate in 1983.
In 1984, Dr. Parsons opened Greencastle Eye Care Center. He is committed to quality care with friendly, professional service. He has also completed several medical missions to third-world countries.
Dr. Parsons resides in Greencastle with his wife, Elissa. He has three daughters, Jennifer, Rebecca, and Christina, and six grandchildren. He enjoys flying, traveling, and spending time with his family. He is active in his church, the community, and charitable events.
Angela, Office Manager
Angela has been working at Greencastle Eye Care Center since June 2011 and became the office manager in January 2015. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of our office and is happy to help you with anything that you may need assistance with before, during, or after your visit to our office. When not at the office she enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and their two children, Lane and Molly. Angela also has three cats and two goats. When not at the office, Angela enjoys reading, gardening, is very active in her church, and is on the Old Home Week committee, too.
Tammy, Optometric Technician
She is an extremely knowledgeable optometric technician and enjoys helping our patients in any way that she can! She does pretesting, takes pictures of the eyes, and in general assists the doctors in any way that she can. When Tammy is not at the office she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her husband, Mark, and reading. She also has two cats that she enjoys.
Joan, Certified Optician
Joan joined our team in May 2013. She has over 30 years of experience in the optical field! She enjoys helping our patients to find the right frame and lenses to suit their individual needs. When she’s not working she enjoys gardening, cooking, walking her dog, Willow, and playing with her grandson.
Denise, Insurance Specialist / Front Desk Associate
Denise joined our practice in October2014. She has many years of experience in billing insurances. She is an insurance expert and is happy to assist you with any insurance questions or issues that may arise! You will also see Denise at the front desk as she assists in checking our patients in and out when they come in for appointments. When she’s not at the office Denise enjoys spending time with her husband, Jasan, and three children, Cole, Cam, and Ella. She also enjoys jogging and traveling.

Natalie, Optometric Technician
Natalie has been with our office since December 2022. She does pretesting on patients and also runs visual fields and particularly enjoys taking retinal photos of patients. When she is not in the office she enjoys fishing and hunting, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.

Carol, Front Desk Associate
Carol has been with Greencastle Eye Care Center since December 2022. She is one of the smiling faces that you see when you enter our office and will also be checking patients out after their examinations. You may even talk to Carol on the phone when you call our office! When she is not at the office, Carol likes to spend time with family and loves to go to the beach.
Ann, Optician
Ann joined Greencastle Eye Care Center in July 2023. She is happy to assist our patients with choosing frames and lenses, measuring lens parameters, dispensing new glasses, and all other optician duties.
